How can I set up an External Transfer account?

If you are setting up an External Transfer account through the app, follow these instructions.

  • You'll want to select the 3 lines in the top left corner and then select accounts.
  • Select the "+" in the top right corner, then "Make external transfers". 
  • It may want you to confirm your password for security.
  • Enter in the name, routing and account number, and if it's a savings or checking you're connecting.

If you are setting up an External Transfer account through your web browser, follow these instructions.

  • You'll want to select Accounts from the menu on the left, then select "Add an external transfer account" that is to the right of your accounts.
  • It may want you to confirm your password for security.
  • You'll then enter in the name, routing and account number, and if it's a savings or checking you're connecting.

The Credit Union will send 2 small deposits to verify your account. Once you see those 2 deposits in your account, they'll both be less than a dollar, you will log back into the Credit Union's app or website to verify them.


To verify the 2 amounts received you'll need to go to Settings. Then select External Transfers and if you click the account, you got the deposits in, there will be 2 fields to enter in the amounts.


It is possible to be locked out from verifying the account if the amounts are entered incorrectly too many times. If that happens, please send us a message or give us a call at 559-686-1791.
