I had fraud on my credit card. When will those charges be removed?

Once you have confirmed with us that someone has conducted fraudulent transactions on your credit card account, an investigation is opened.  Unfortunately, the charges in question will remain in your transaction history. Provisional credit will be issued while the investigation is in process.
