Be sure to either include your payment slip in your envelope or, write your first and last name along with the last four digits of your credit card number on the memo line of your check. The payment slip and memo line will help our processors identify the correct account to credit the payment to. Payments mailed in that cannot be matched to an account will be returned to the sender with a request for additional information.
